The horse head sculptures are part of our collection of old original pieces of art. They have been sculpted by hand in teak wood many decades ago. In their past life the horse heads used to serve as decoration on old horse carriages, door frames, pillars and ceiling panels of mansion-like houses called "Haveli's" symbolizing the wealth and power of their owners.
All our products are hand made using old wood, recycled and natural materials making each piece unique and exclusive. Any faults and inconsistencies in appearance are part of the distinct character of the piece. We take great pride in knowing the origin of our products, all our artists are paid a decent wage and no children are exploited.
